Founded by Nikki McGann, The Guided Breath is built on the belief that healing comes from within. My role isn’t to “fix” you but to support and empower you to regulate, release, and transform in a way that feels safe and natural.
The Guided Breaths’ approach to breathwork is grounded in the methodology of BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release (BBTRS®), this approach goes beyond breath—it’s a journey of transformation, inviting the body to release stored tension and reconnect with its innate wisdom.
Through this work, you’ll learn to trust your breath, your body, and your own healing process—one conscious inhale at a time.

A Space to Breathe, Release, and Return to Yourself
How I Work
We all have parts of ourselves we haven’t fully met yet, layers we’ve built for protection. My role is to gently guide you into those spaces, holding a safe and supportive space for you to soften, trust, and reconnect with yourself.
This journey is about coming back to your body, back to feeling, back to a deeper connection with who you are.
I meet you where you are. In our initial session, we’ll chat about your experiences, what’s going on for you now, and where you feel stuck. From there, we’ll create a path forward that feels right for you—one that supports you in living more fully and freely.
I work with breathwork, somatic practices, and energy healing—each tool can be used on its own or blended together, helping to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and expand your capacity to feel and engage with life.

Breathwork is a powerful tool for release, regulation, and transformation. Through intentional breathing, we access the body's innate wisdom—unraveling tension, shifting stuck energy, and creating space for deep healing. It's not just about breathing; it's about reconnecting to yourself in a way that feels safe, embodied, and true.

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that supports deep relaxation, balance, and emotional release. By working with universal life energy, Reiki helps to soothe the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and restore harmony within. It’s a subtle, nurturing practice that invites you back to yourself—one breath, one touch, one moment at a time.
