THE GUIDED BREATH

Breathwork & Reiki that honours your pace and your safety.

These 75-minute sessions are an invitation to slow down with your breath—in Newtown, Geelong, or online—and to gently explore, release, ease, and balance at your own pace.

Each session weaves together functional breathing techniques, conscious connected breathwork, gentle touch, and somatic awareness. These practices are not about forcing change, but about offering your body space to soften, unwind, and find its own rhythm of balance.

Founded by Nikki McGann, The Guided Breath is grounded in the understanding that healing arises from within. My role as a facilitator is not to ‘fix’ you, but to create a supportive space where you can listen to your body, connect with your breath, and rediscover your natural capacity to regulate, release, and restore in the ways that feel right for you.

Trauma-Aware Breathwork

If you’ve lived through trauma, breathwork can sometimes feel tender. That’s why sessions are guided with safety, choice, and gentle pacing at the heart. You’ll always have the space to move at a rhythm that feels supportive for your system—resourced, never rushed, and always in your own control. Together, we co-create a space that honours where you are and what your body needs in each moment.

To get started, you’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire. This helps me understand your needs and gives us both a chance to consider whether breathwork or Reiki with me feels supportive at this stage of your journey.

Once that’s complete, we can schedule a session together—online or in person in Geelong—at a pace and frequency that works best for you.
