Working with Nikki has been incredible. I wasn’t sure what our Breathwork sessions might look like and they have exceeded my expectations. Initially I was worried that I would find it hard to engage over Zoom, instead I found Nikki to be attuned, professional and grounding.

Nikki expertly held space during our sessions so I felt safe, connected and centred throughout. I experienced strong presence of awareness and connection to my breath and body during sessions which I was able to sustain and enjoy throughout the integration and after in my daily habits.

This greater connection has allowed me to experience subtle shifts offering welcomed changes to patterns of behaviour and routines. My sessions were empowering and have supported me to feel centred and more comfortable and connected within myself

Nikki is such a caring facilitator. She really made it safe for me to explore my physical pain and emotional discomfort in my first session. I was incredibly relaxed and it filtered into my work week feeling calm and focused.

The second session was unique because I was literally fighting my exhaustion, falling asleep and finding it difficult to breathe. Nikki was reassuring and comforting, gently engaging and adapted the pace of the session to meet me where I was at. I honestly had the deepest sleep in my life after this session. It was the reboot I needed. I’m looking forward to more sessions, excited to see how it unfolds in her safe container.

Working with Nikki has been a beautiful experience. She is authentic and empathetic and I immediately felt a deep sense of safety around her. During the sessions her presence is calm and grounded and completely without judgement, regardless of what arises. I have never felt her bring a personal agenda into our sessions and instead felt her flexibility to move with me in whatever direction I was headed.

One of the things I’ve grown to most admire and appreciate in our sessions is her ability to hold space with curiosity. To inquire about my experience when it’s something she is unfamiliar with, and be open to learning.
— Katie
My sessions with Nikki were a blessing; she is such an empathetic and kind soul, went above and beyond during and after the sessions to make sure I was okay. She has a natural gift and knows intuitively what is needed. The space she offers is safe, compassionate and everything is welcome. She met me where I was, never imposing anything, which allowed me to go where I needed to go while being supported. I was lucky to cross her path; thank you.

Biodynamic Breathwork incorporates 6 elements of healing to access and release tension and trauma stored in the body:

1.     Breath

2.     Touch

3.     Emotions

4.     Movement

5.     Sound &

6.     Meditation

Biodynamic Breathwork techniques bring your body into a state of release, ensuring that the experiences and insights gained during your practice are integrated into daily life for lasting transformation and healing.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A BREATHWORK SESSION?

‘The Guided Breath’ journey leads you back into your body, helping you to feel and create a deep connection with yourself.

My approach is to meet you where you are on that path.

Following our initial discovery chat and you completing the Client Intake Form, we will delve into your past experiences, understand your current circumstances, and explore the challenges you face.

From there, we will work together and create a plan of action to support you in living life to the fullest.

Each session is designed to match your pace, comfort, and individual needs, allowing you to explore and release stored emotions and trauma in your own time.

In a 75 minute Biodynamic Breathwork session, you can expect a combination of deep connected conscious breath, bodywork, and emotional processing techniques to guide you through breathing patterns to access the tension and emotions stored in your body.

The session typically starts seated but you may choose to transition to lie down comfortably or stand up through the session.

You are guided through deep connected conscious breathing patterns to access different layers of tension and emotions stored in the body and consensual physical touch may be used to move this energy.

Throughout the session, you may experience sensations of tingling, warmth, or emotional release as the breathwork helps to access and be present with stored tension and emotions.

My approach to breathwork is rooted in a somatic method that emphasises titration and pendulation, helping clients gradually and gently expand their window of tolerance to life’s events. I focus on creating a sense of safety within the body, ensuring that the process is gentle and minimises the risk of re-traumatisation. It’s a slow, nurturing journey individually designed to support healing at a comfortable pace.

Most people feel relaxed, grounded, and centred after a session.
