This work is trauma-aware and choice-led. Rather than pushing or forcing release, sessions unfold gently, allowing your nervous system to respond in a way that feels manageable and supportive.
Facilitated by a fully trained and insured practitioner with over 550 hours of Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System® training, Reiki and somatic education, and membership with the Australian Breathwork Association.
