MEET NIKKI
I'm a Certified Breathing Practitioner and founder of The Guided Breath.
With more than 650 hours of professional training in Functional Breathing, Conscious Connected Breathwork, and breathing sciences, I help people understand how breathing influences the nervous system, wellbeing, recovery, and performance.
My approach combines evidence-informed breathing techniques with trauma-aware facilitation to create safe, supportive, and practical experiences for individuals, groups, and workplaces.
My goal isn't simply to guide breathing sessions.
It's to help people develop lifelong breathing skills they can confidently use in everyday life.
