ABOUT NIKKI
As a student Biodynamic Breathwork facilitator, I create an authentic, compassionate, and supportive space for clients wishing to explore the practice both in-person and online.
I have trained extensively in both Australia and internationally. I hold advanced practitioner certifications in Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS®) for online sessions. I have over 400 hours of training already behind me with world-renowned mentors.
My own journey with breathwork began unexpectedly whilst holidaying in Mexico back in 2019. I joined a group breathwork session with an open heart and no expectations, and that decision became a pivotal moment in my life.
The profound sense of calm and relaxation I felt afterward was transformative, and the collective energy in the group was incredibly joyful and vibrant.
Amazed by the release and connection that emerged without a single word being spoken, I felt a deep calling to train in breathwork and share its transformative power with others.
This experience led me to train in Biodynamic Breathwork, motivated by the desire to share its healing potential with others. My approach is centred around somatic practices, utilising titration and pendulation to gently guide clients in expanding their window of tolerance. This trauma-sensitive method ensures that healing unfolds gradually, allowing clients to feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout the process—minimising the risk of re-traumatisation.
With over 25 years of experience practicing yoga and under my instructors guidance, I’ve explored the art of breath through Pranayama and chanting. This long-standing connection to mindful movement, breath, and sound has profoundly shaped my understanding of the body’s innate wisdom and its ability to heal through conscious breathing.
Additionally, as a certified mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, I’ve gained a comprehensive knowledge of body mechanics, core strength, and alignment. This allows me to help clients build a strong foundation for both physical and emotional well-being.
My holistic approach to wellness integrates yoga, breathwork, and Pilates to emphasise the interconnectedness of mind, body, and breath. Whether through the dynamic flow of yoga, the precision of Pilates, or the healing power of breathwork, I am passionate about guiding others toward greater balance, strength, and self-awareness.
Whether you're interested in in-person sessions in Newtown, Geelong, or prefer to connect online, I would be honoured to support your journey toward greater well-being, emotional release, and personal transformation.
